Journey Itinerary Breakdown

Morning: arrive in Hanoi by flight. Upon arrival, meet our representative and transfer to Hanoi downtown. Hotel check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards. After a short relaxation following the flight, proceed for a half-day Hanoi city tour. Hanoi has always been a symbol of Vietnamese culture and a source of pride throughout the country’s history. The bustling capital offers a charming blend of old and new, while its French-colonial heritage is reflected in many beautiful buildings. Return to the hotel after the sightseeing. Overnight in Hanoi.
Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum & Ba Dinh Square – the political centre of Vietnam, where many important national events have taken place.
Tran Quoc Pagoda – on an island in Hanoi’s West Lake, regarded as the oldest pagoda in Hanoi with a history of more than 1,500 years; an important cultural relic, religious institution and historical witness.
Hoan Kiem Lake & King Ly Thai To Statue – at the heart of Hanoi; learn about the history of a capital with more than 1,000 years of history.
Hanoi Old Quarter – a walking tour through narrow streets, traditional old houses and local shops, experiencing friendly locals and typical Vietnamese hospitality.
Day 1 Visual Highlight: Arrival in Hanoi – Half-Day City Tour
After breakfast, start the day’s excursion to Ninh Binh Province. After completing the sightseeing, return to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.
Trang An – one of the most spectacular natural landscapes in Vietnam. An approximately 2-hour traditional sampan wooden boat trip through winding waterways surrounded by limestone mountains, valleys and lush scenery, passing sacred sites and mysterious water caves (route options depend on the boat schedule). Depending on the route and schedule, you may also disembark to visit some on-land attractions.
Hoa Lu Ancient Capital – about 7 km from Trang An, the historic capital of Vietnam. Admire the ornate temples dedicated to King Dinh Tien Hoang, King Le Dai Hanh and King Ly Thai To, and learn about the first three centralised feudal dynasties of Vietnam: the Dinh, Le and Ly dynasties.
Meals: Breakfast
Private transfer without guide | sharing day cruise. Be ready at the hotel lobby at 7:30–8:00 AM for departure to Ha Long Bay, famously known as the “Dragon Descending to the Sea” and recognised by UNESCO as a World Natural Heritage Site for its exceptional scenic beauty. Upon arrival at the cruise harbour, board a sharing day cruise for a 5–6 hour cruise past thousands of limestone islands and islets rising from the emerald waters. Afterwards, return to the cruise harbour and transfer back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.
Bo Hon Archipelago – the tour guide accompanies you to Sung Sot Cave (Surprising Cave), with its impressive stalactites and stalagmites.
Luon Cave – opt for kayaking or bamboo boat rowing (optional, at guests’ own expense).
Titov Island – relax on the sandy beach or climb to the viewpoint for a panoramic view of Ha Long Bay.
Meals: Breakfast & Lunch
Check out from the hotel by 12:00 PM. Enjoy free time until your scheduled transfer to Noi Bai International Airport for your return flight home.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.
Maximum airport waiting time is not more than 2 hours after the arrival flight.
Flight fares are subject to change based on the guest's preferred travel dates and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
For SIC (shared coach) tours, guests must be at the hotel lobby or the designated pick-up point on time.
For PVT (private) transfers and sightseeing, guests will be advised a schedule of all sightseeing & transfers in their travel voucher and are requested to follow it.

Above price is based on twin or triple sharing basis; a supplement cost is applicable for single travellers. Child & infant pricing upon request.

Reservation Policy

To confirm the tour package, pay 30% advance for refundable bookings or 100% payment for non-refundable bookings.
For refundable bookings, the remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule shared after booking confirmation.
The full payment must be completed at least 15 days before the tour starts to secure all travel arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

45 days or more before travel: no cancellation charge.
30–45 days before travel: 25% of the tour cost will be charged.
15–30 days before travel: 50% of the tour cost will be charged.
7–15 days before travel: 75% of the tour cost will be charged.
0–7 days before travel: 100% of the tour cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for no-shows.
Flight cancellations will be charged as per the airline's policy, as a service fee.
If the entire land package is cancelled after confirmation, a 10% service charge on the land cost will apply. No service charge will be charged if the booking is rescheduled for a future date.
