5 Days Bali – Kuta, Ubud, Kintamani & Uluwatu

Nepalese passport holders must obtain a Tourist Visa (C1/B211A) before travel, as Visa on Arrival is not available for Nepalese nationals. The visa is generally valid for up to 60 days and can be extended subject to immigration approval.

• Processing time: typically 5–10 working days, though it may take longer if additional documents or verification are required.
• Cost: IDR 1,500,000 (approximately INR 8,000–8,500 or NPR 12,500–13,500) for a 60-day Indonesia Tourist Visa (C1/B211A). If applying through an agency, service charges may increase the total cost to approximately INR 12,000–18,000 per person.
• All tourists arriving in Indonesia are required to complete the Indonesia Electronic Customs Declaration (e-CD) arrival form prior to or upon arrival, along with payment of the Bali Tourism Levy (IDR 150,000 per person), if applicable.

• Rates are valid for the next 72 hours and are subject to change due to availability.
• We require flight details, PAN cards & passport copies (first & last page) with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel for all guests for confirmation & issuance of the guest voucher.
• The above is a tentative rate and no booking is being held against this query. All services/rooms are subject to availability at the time of final confirmation.
• Quoted rates for airport transfers & railway tickets are subject to change; revised rates apply according to the date of issuance.
• Travel insurance is mandatory for outbound travel; cover of up to USD 25,000 per person is recommended.
• Issuance of any visa is subject to immigration approval and any amount charged for the visa is non-refundable. If a visa is rejected by VFS or immigration, TSN Tourism will not be liable and the holiday package cost will be charged as per the cancellation policy.
• For flight bookings, TSN Tourism is only liable for PNR allotment & confirmation of the flight booking. Any dispute regarding meals, seats, baggage or requests made by the guest to the airline is entirely the guest's responsibility; TSN Tourism acts as an intermediary and will not be liable to pay.
• Guests are requested to check the hotel's rooms, reviews, location & services. TSN Tourism only suggests holiday packages, air tickets, hotels and sightseeing, which are subject to change as per location and the services & amenities provided by the hotel.
• Check-in / check-out policy: official check-in 15:00 & check-out 11:00.
• Early check-in and late check-out are strictly subject to hotel availability and the applicable rates at the time of check-in/check-out.
• For SIC (shared-in-coach) sightseeing, guests must reach the specified pick-up point on schedule or report at the hotel lobby on time.
• For PVT (private, point-to-point) services, guests will be advised a schedule of all sightseeing & transfers in the voucher and are requested to follow it.
• The above rates are net and non-commissionable; no rooms have been booked yet.
• The quote is valid only for the above requirements and may vary with a change in the number of passengers & date of travel.
• Special requests like early check-in, smoking/non-smoking, views, floors, king/twin beds, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability on arrival and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
• If hotels or suppliers change their quote for the services they offer, the same will be forwarded to you.
• During blackout dates the above quote is not valid, and peak season / weekend surcharges may apply at the time of confirmation.
• The quoted rates are valid only with the specified hotel. If rooms are not available, alternate hotels will be suggested and the difference in cost is payable extra.

• Confirmation of the tour package is subject to payment of 30% of the total cost after confirmation of the booking if the booking is on a refundable basis, or full payment if non-refundable.
• For refundable bookings, the remaining payment must be made as per the payment slab provided after confirmation of the booking.
• All dues must be cleared 15 days before the commencement of the tour to protect all arrangements on a definite-arrival basis.

• 45 days or more before the commencement of the tour/hotel: no retention applicable.
• 30–45 days before the commencement of the tour/hotel: 25% of the tour cost will be levied.
• 15–30 days before the commencement of the tour/hotel: 50% of the tour cost will be levied.
• 7–15 days before the commencement of the tour/hotel: 75% of the tour cost will be levied.
• 0–7 days before the commencement of the tour/hotel: 100% of the tour cost will be levied.
• No refund for no-shows.
• Flight cancellation will be charged as per the airline + INR 100 per PNR as a service fee for the flight portion.
• 10% of the billing amount (land portion) will be charged as a service charge if the entire booking is cancelled after confirmation of the tour; no service charge applies if the same booking is reinstated for a future date.
• Payment will not be refunded if a booking is cancelled due to COVID-19 situations; a credit note will be issued, or the guest can postpone and travel on a requested date with the supplement cost, if any.
