Fly China Eastern to Kunming for Dianchi Lake and Guandu Ancient Town, then on to Shanghai for the Jade Buddha Temple, French Concession, Yu Garden, Nanjing Road and the Bund, plus a free day. Ride the bullet train to Beijing for the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Temple of Heaven, the Great Wall and the Olympic Park. ### Day 1: Arrival in Kunming (Saturday, 5 September)

## Requirements for a China tourist visa

- Valid passport: your passport should have a validity of at least 7 months beyond your intended stay in China and at least one blank visa page.
- Passport photos: recent passport-size photos with a white background (no makeup, full face shown, no spectacles, lenses or cap).
- Proof of financial means: you may be required to provide proof of sufficient funds for your trip, such as bank statements for 4 months showing a closing balance of NPR 2 lakh.

Both. Pick a fixed departure date (with 2-way flights), or choose your own travel date — own-date prices are for the land package and do not include flight tickets.

### How do I pay and what is the cancellation policy?

Pay a 30% advance to confirm a refundable booking, or 100% for a non-refundable booking. The full payment must be completed at least 15 days before the tour starts. Cancellation charges depend on how many days before travel you cancel — see the Cancellation Policy on each package.

### Will there be a guide on the tour?

Yes. Sightseeing is with an English-speaking guide as listed in each package’s inclusions.
