The visa is generally valid for up to 60 days and can be extended subject to immigration approval. - Processing time: typically 5–10 working days, though it may take longer if additional documents or verification are required. - Cost: IDR 1,500,000 (approximately INR 8,000–8,500 or NPR 12,500–13,500) for a 60-day Indonesia Tourist Visa (C1/B211A). If rooms are not available, alternate hotels will be suggested and the difference in cost is payable extra. ## Reservation policy - Confirmation of the tour package is subject to payment of 30% of the total cost after confirmation of the booking if the booking is on a refundable basis, or full payment if non-refundable. - For refundable bookings, the remaining payment must be made as per the payment slab provided after confirmation of the booking. - All dues must be cleared 15 days before the commencement of the tour to protect all arrangements on a definite-arrival basis. ## Cancellation policy - 45 days or more before the commencement of the tour/hotel: no retention applicable. - 30–45 days before the commencement of the tour/hotel: 25% of the tour cost will be levied. - 15–30 days before the commencement of the tour/hotel: 50% of the tour cost will be levied. - 7–15 days before the commencement of the tour/hotel: 75% of the tour cost will be levied. - 0–7 days before the commencement of the tour/hotel: 100% of the tour cost will be levied. - No refund for no-shows. - Flight cancellation will be charged as per the airline + INR 100 per PNR as a service fee for the flight portion. - 10% of the billing amount (land portion) will be charged as a service charge if the entire booking is cancelled after confirmation of the tour; no service charge applies if the same booking is reinstated for a future date. - Payment will not be refunded if a booking is cancelled due to COVID-19 situations; a credit note will be issued, or the guest can postpone and travel on a requested date with the supplement cost, if any. ## Frequently asked questions ### Is the visa included in the package price? Pay a 30% advance to confirm a refundable booking, or 100% for a non-refundable booking. The full payment must be completed at least 15 days before the tour starts.
